UP Police Constable: recruitment, written preparation और readiness handbook
UP Police Constable की तैयारी को SI के साथ mix नहीं करना चाहिए। दोनों police recruitments हैं, पर post, eligibility, notification wording, stages, physical conditions और documents अलग हो सकते हैं। इस page का लक्ष्य आपको कोई पुराने rule पर चलाना नहीं है; इसका लक्ष्य है कि नया official Constable notice आते ही आप सही PDF पढ़ सकें और तब तक written तथा fitness foundation व्यवस्थित बना सकें।
आपकी Constable recruitment checklist
UPPRPB की official website पर direct notice खोलें और पहले page से post का exact name तथा advertisement number मिलाएं। उसके बाद अपनी copy में यह table भरें:

Constable written preparation का आधार
UP GK और GS
उत्तर प्रदेश का map, rivers, districts, history, culture और administration को small connected topics में पढ़ें। UP GK पर पूरा manual है; शुरुआत प्रमुख नदियाँ और state map से करें। GS में constitution, history, geography, science, economy और environment की concepts clear करें—सामान्य अध्ययन का study map इसी क्रम में बना है।
हिंदी
Hindi में daily consistency सबसे उपयोगी है। वर्तनी, संधि-समास, grammar, sentence correction और vocabulary को अलग modules रखें। हर गलत question को reason के साथ लिखें। सामान्य हिंदी में पूरा topic sequence है; रोज़ 20–30 मिनट भी पर्याप्त शुरुआत है।
गणित
गणित के लिए numbers, percentage, ratio, average, profit-loss, time-work और speed-distance की foundation बनाइए। पहले साफ rough work, फिर timed practice। अपनी गलती calculation की है या concept की, यह अलग करना जरूरी है। गणित की 14-week route को अपनी speed से चलाएं।
reasoning
Series, coding, relation, direction, rank, arrangement और logic को question families की तरह पढ़ें। कोई question कठिन लगे तो उसकी family और first step पहचानें; guess न लगाएं। रीजनिंग में diagram/table based methods दिए हैं।

यह official syllabus chart नहीं है; यह preparation calendar है। current Constable notice मिलने पर subjects, stages और dates को उससे मिलाकर priorities adjust करें।
fitness और written study को साथ कैसे चलाएँ?
Physical standards/test details केवल latest official Constable notice से लें। लेकिन fitness routine को notice के बाद शुरू करने की जरूरत नहीं। अपनी capacity के अनुसार regular movement, conditioning, recovery और sleep का routine रखें। इसे written preparation से अलग slot दें। fitness के नाम पर 5 घंटे random exercise और zero revision भी गलत है; केवल notes पढ़कर physical readiness ignore करना भी गलत है।
form और documents: last-day काम नहीं
New notice आते ही सबसे पहले eligibility और instructions पढ़ें। अपनी education details, identity records और relevant certificates के exact spelling/date को original documents से मिलाएं। category/domicile/other special document requirements सभी candidates पर एक जैसी नहीं होतीं—notice को final मानें। image/signature/upload instruction को form submit करने से पहले दोबारा check करें।
common mistakes
- SI page का physical या eligibility rule Constable पर लागू कर देना।
- Previous vacancy की date देखकर current form भरने का इंतजार करना।
- UP GK को only one-liner PDF से पढ़ना और map/timeline न बनाना।
- रोज़ नए mock set लेना, पर mistakes न देखना।
- application submit करने से पहले original documents से final cross-check न करना।
90-minute daily version
समय कम हो तो 35 मिनट UP GK/GS, 30 मिनट maths/reasoning, 15 मिनट Hindi और 10 मिनट error review रखें। सप्ताहांत में नया topic कम और पुरानी mistakes ज्यादा देखें। लगातार छोटे sessions preparation को टिकाऊ बनाते हैं।
