UP Police भर्ती: सही post, सही notice और सही तैयारी का पूरा मार्ग
“UP Police की तैयारी” एक उपयोगी शुरुआत है, लेकिन पूरी योजना नहीं। Police recruitment में post बदलते ही eligibility, age, qualification, written paper, physical standards, document requirements और आगे के stages बदल सकते हैं। इसलिए यह page किसी एक post का old syllabus बताने के लिए नहीं है। इसका काम आपको सही post page चुनने, official notice पढ़ने और written तथा physical preparation को एक साथ लेकिन अलग tracks में चलाने के लिए है।
सबसे पहले अपना post चुनें
यदि आपका लक्ष्य उप-निरीक्षक है तो UP Police SI खोलें। यदि लक्ष्य कांस्टेबल है तो UP Police Constable खोलें। दोनों pages जानबूझकर अलग हैं। SI की कोई पुरानी condition, exam detail या physical information Constable पर लागू नहीं मानी जा सकती—और इसका उल्टा भी सही है।
आपके पास एक primary source होना चाहिए: UP Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) का direct official notice। Board website पर दिखाई देने वाली हर update को पहले post name, advertisement number और publication date से पहचानें। social media title, coaching banner या forwarded PDF से recruitment decision न लें।
भर्ती को चार अलग tracks में देखें
Track 1: official notice file
हर post के लिए एक one-page recruitment sheet बनाएं। उसके ऊपर post का exact name और advertisement number लिखें। नीचे ये boxes रखें: publication date, application opening/closing date, fee/correction date, eligibility, age/category conditions, selection stages, physical/medical requirements, documents और official help/instruction link। PDF में जहां detail मिले, वहां page number भी note करें।
इस sheet का लाभ यह है कि आप किसी भी advice को सीधे notice से verify कर सकते हैं। यदि PDF में कोई बात नहीं है तो उसे “confirmation pending” रखें, अनुमान से नहीं भरें।
Track 2: written preparation
Written preparation में subject coverage को daily blocks में चलाएं। UP GK में state geography, districts, rivers, history, culture, administration और current source discipline है। सामान्य अध्ययन में polity, history, geography, science, economy और environment की foundation है। सामान्य हिंदी, गणित और रीजनिंग practice-heavy subjects हैं; इन्हें regular questions के बिना केवल notes से नहीं संभाला जा सकता।
Track 3: physical/medical readiness
Physical requirement की exact values, test order और category/post conditions केवल current official recruitment notice से लें। फिर भी preparation habit अभी से बनाई जा सकती है: fitness routine को written study के साथ calendar में अलग slot दें, sleep/recovery का ध्यान रखें, और medical/document conditions notification आने पर पहले पढ़ें। किसी old recruitment video के figure को current standard न मानें।
Track 4: documents and application
Form भरने का काम अंतिम दिन का काम नहीं है। अपनी personal document checklist पहले तैयार रखें: identity, education records, category/domicile/other applicable certificates और photographs/signature जैसी basic files। कौन-सा document किस format/date/authority से चाहिए, यह current notice तय करेगा। हर final entry अपने original document से मिलाएं।
written preparation का subject-by-subject route
UP GK और सामान्य अध्ययन
पहले UP map और Indian foundation बनाएं; random current lists से शुरुआत न करें। UP GK में geography/rivers/districts के बाद history-culture-administration को जोड़ें। GS में Constitution, modern history, India geography और basic science की concepts clear करें। हर week एक detailed UP topic और एक national GS topic चुनें।
हिंदी
वर्तनी, शब्द-रचना, व्याकरण, वाक्य-शुद्धि और शब्द-ज्ञान को अलग modules में चलाएं। सिर्फ daily 20 minutes भी effective है यदि अपनी mistakes लिखते हैं। पूरा unit map सामान्य हिंदी पर है।
गणित
Number system, percentage, ratio, average, profit-loss, work और speed जैसे foundation topics को concept से practice तक ले जाएँ। पहले accuracy; फिर timed set। formula कब लागू है, यह समझे बिना shortcut न लें। गणित का error-copy system अपनाएं।
reasoning
Series, coding, relation, direction, rank, arrangement और logic को question families की तरह पढ़ें। question type पहचानने के लिए diagram/table बनाना कमजोरी नहीं, सही method है। रीजनिंग से family-wise practice करें।

इस block को अपने actual notice timeline के अनुसार बढ़ाइए या घटाइए। रोज़ एक knowledge block और एक practice block पर्याप्त है। एक ही दिन चार full subjects शुरू करने से revision टूटता है।
notification आने पर 30 मिनट की प्रक्रिया
- UPPRPB domain, post name और advertisement number check करें।
- PDF download/bookmark करें; file name में post और year रखें।
- dates, eligibility और stages को recruitment sheet में भरें।
- अपने documents से conditions मिलाएं; doubt को mark करें।
- written topics को existing subject notebooks से map करें।
- physical/medical rules को current PDF से अलग note करें।
- फिर ही form/plan पर निर्णय लें।
गलतियों से बचें
- SI और Constable की details को एक table में मिलाना।
- application date को “सुना है” के आधार पर मानना।
- physical की तैयारी के नाम पर written practice बंद कर देना।
- पुराने paper को current syllabus का proof समझना।
- document name, category rule या certificate validity notification के बाद पढ़ना।
